Terms of Service

By using MailSharks you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

1. What the service provides

MailSharks is a tool that sends messages through your own Google account to recipient lists in your own Google Sheets, and reports statistics. It is not an email provider and never sends messages on its own behalf.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of your messages and the legality of your mailings.
• You confirm that you have a lawful basis for contacting the people on your list.
• You will honour unsubscribe requests and will not re-add people who opted out.
• You may not use the service for spam, fraud, malicious attachments, impersonation, or any unlawful activity.
• You will comply with Gmail sending policies and applicable anti-spam legislation.

3. Limits

Sending volume is limited by your Google account quotas, not by the service. Exceeding Google's limits may lead to a temporary sending block imposed by Google, which is outside the service's control.

4. Availability and disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted operation, message delivery, or data preservation. Maintenance windows and outages at infrastructure providers may occur.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is not liable for undelivered messages, messages classified as spam, suspension of your Google account, lost profits, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.

6. Termination

Access may be restricted without notice for breach of these terms, including use of the service for spam. You may stop using the service at any time by revoking the application's access in your Google account settings.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated; the current version is published at https://mailsharks.ru/terms.
